Through the use of quality and accessible Psychotherapy, ABG Counseling creates an environment for adults to achieve their desired growth in life, through the creation and control of mental and emotional balance.

Processing your thoughts and emotions in a positive, therapeutic environment helps you validate and advocate for yourself, achieving balance and growth. Our past and present T’s (triggers, trials, tribulations, traumas - say that 3xs fast whew!) don't define or control us. By acknowledging them instead of avoiding them, we can learn and grow, creating the control for our present and future we want. Managing our feelings and thoughts leads to self-awareness and satisfaction. Mindfully balancing our mental and emotional well-being is key to growth and peace.

We offer our services both virtually through our Teletherapy online platform and over the phone, to cater to your comfort and convenience. Our online platform is private, in order to protect your privacy and confidentiality.

Daria Dugar MS, LPC

Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients n Greater Houston and surrounding areas such as Spring, Klein, Cypress, Tomball, The Woodlands, and more. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are in your journey towards balance and growth. Together, we'll increase your self-awareness, identify and foster a relationship with your wants, needs, expectations, and goals that have been difficult for you to validate and achieve. With my guidance, we'll develop the mindset and tools you need to overcome negative mental, emotional, external experiences in order to thrive in life.
